circadian "rhythm-less"

We are in Beijing! We are excited, but the adrenalin we have been running on this week is subsiding a bit. Both Michele and I are feeling the affect of the time change (she crashed an hour ago). The last couple of nights we fell asleep at around 1 and got back up at 4-5am. Other than that things are great. We even went to a local market this evening to pick up some food. A very interesting experience that I’m sure Michele will expand on tomorrow.
